Though Orlando is famously (or infamously, depending on who you ask) sprawling, we all know the real star of the show is downtown. As the city’s central hub, downtown Orlando is home to some of Central Florida’s most notable eats, drinks and nightlife. It’s no wonder why so many yearn to call this ever-growing, constantly evolving city home.
As architects of the downtown Orlando apartment complex, 420 East, we were overjoyed to see its completion just over a year ago, but even more ecstatic to see how Orlandoans have truly embraced the space we helped make a reality. As it turns out, it was more than just the residents and visitors who took notice of 420 East.
We’re proud to announce that Orlando Business Journal has named 420 East a “Top Apartment Project.” Sitting on bustling Church St., this building is much more than its 289 residential units and 10 studios. In fact, 420 East also includes the 2,000-square-foot Snap! Downtown art gallery and two additional gallery spaces. Being part of not only shaping a modern downtown Orlando apartment complex, but also providing a space for art to flourish in the City Beautiful is truly gratifying and we can’t wait to keep Orlando growing for years to come.
